These Terms & Conditions shall only be considered as valid in the original English version, any translated versions might not be correctly translated since this is handled by a third-party service.

BY JOINING PRIMEFX AS A FREE ASSOCIATE YOU AGREE TO COMPLY WITH THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

This Agreement is between you and PrimeFX Network Limited Ltd. and is dated as of the date you enrolled in the PrimeFX, PrimeFX's Customer Portal. By becoming a Customer with PrimeFX and enjoying the advantages of the Customer Portal, you agree to all the terms and conditions set forth below.

CONSENT: BY USING THIS SITE, YOU AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS CUSTOMER AGREEMENT TOGETHER WITH THE TERMS OF USE, PRIVACY POLICY AND ALL OR ANY OTHER DOCUMENT INCORPORATED BY PRIMEFX

You acknowledge that this Customer Agreement are supported by reasonable and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, you acknowledge that such consideration includes your use of the Site and receipt of data, materials and information available at or through the Site, the possibility of our use or display of your Submissions (as defined in the Terms and Conditions located on the site) and the possibility of the publicity and promotion from our use or display of your Submissions.

1. Customer Portal Requirements

By becoming a PrimeFX Customer, and joining the Customer Portal, you agree to the following:

  • a. You commit to the PRIMEFX terms and conditions (as defined in the Terms and Conditions located on the site);
  • b. You must reside in a country that PRIMEFX has officially announced is open for business;
  • c. PRIMEFX reserves the right to deny any Customer account at its sole discretion, as well as to terminate a Customer account if the Customer is in violation with the terms of this agreement.
  • 2. PRIMEFX Customer E-Products

    By enrolling as a PrimeFX Customer, you are signing up for the Customer E-products. Signing up as a Customer is for free. A Customer will receive access to all products and services offered by PrimeFX through its E-Products at a discounted price. After your Enrollment of your account and your Customer Agreement have been accepted by PrimeFX, you will receive the following perks of the Customer Portal, as long as you are a Customer:

  • Exclusive access to all the products and services available on the E-Products
  • Customer DISCOUNT on all PRIMEFX products
  • Option to upgrade to become a PRIMEFX Member
  • NOTE: All products and services may not be available in your country of residence.

    3. Cancellation of Customer Account and E-Products.

    As a Customer, you have the option of cancelling your Customer account at any time.

  • a. You can cancel without paying a Cancellation Fee.
  • b. You can upgrade to a PrimeFX Member at any time in your Customer account page, by contacting the person who enrolled you, or contact PrimeFX Customer Service through your back office

    4. Change of Sponsor

    PrimeFX is a direct sales company that markets its products through its Third-Party Providers (“Vendors” or “Third Party Providers”). As a Customer, you must “sign up with” an Affiliate Member upon joining the Customer Portal. If you do not have one upon sign up, one will be assigned to you. The transfer of a PrimeFX Customer from one Sponsor to another is not permitted except when a mistake is made in choosing the correct Sponsor while completing the PrimeFX online registration. Errors must be reported during the first seven (7) days immediately following the date that the Customer first joins PrimeFX. Sponsor changes are not permitted after the eighth (8) day. All Sponsor change requests must be approved not only by the Company, but also by each Sponsor affected by the requested change. In order to request a Sponsor change, a Customer must complete a Sponsor Change Request Form and email it to the Company’s Support Department at: [email protected]

    5. Return and Refund Process

    All Return and refund issues is handled through the third-party vendor and not by PrimeFX

    6. Governing Law

    The laws of Great Britain shall govern all matters relating to or arising from this Agreement and your enrollment in PrimeFX's Customer Portal.

    7. Agreement Changes
    PRIMEFX reserves the right to change the prices of the products offered by third-party vendors in the E-Product at any time without notice except it will not change the prices of any order for which it has charged your credit card. PRIMEFX reserves the right to amend this Agreement in its sole and absolute discretion. By agreeing to this CUSTOMER AGREEMENT, and joining PRIMEFX as a Customer, you agree to abide by the most current version of this Agreement as it is amended by PRIMEFX from time to time. “Amendments” to this Agreement shall be effective after PRIMEFX publishes its revised Agreement, but Amendments shall not apply retroactively prior to the effective date of the Amendment. These Customer Terms Conditions will be translated into different languages. In case of any discrepancies between this English version and the translated versions, the English version of the Customer Terms Conditions shall prevail.
